My wife wants to know what she could use to help her gain strength. She has been doing a power lifting routine for about 6 months and gains are coming very slowly. She is 5'2" 115lbs and lean as can be. Her diet is 40, 40, 20 and she eats 5-6 meals a day for a total of 2500 to 2700 calories.
She want's permenent gains so we have been toying with the idea of HGH and or IGF LR3 but haven't decided what to do yet.
Any suggestions? The only supplements she has taken (and is currently taking) are Creatine, protien, fish oil, CLA and BCAA's
