    Best "substance" for strictly gaining strength in a women???

    My wife wants to know what she could use to help her gain strength. She has been doing a power lifting routine for about 6 months and gains are coming very slowly. She is 5'2" 115lbs and lean as can be. Her diet is 40, 40, 20 and she eats 5-6 meals a day for a total of 2500 to 2700 calories.

    She want's permenent gains so we have been toying with the idea of HGH and or IGF LR3 but haven't decided what to do yet.

    Any suggestions? The only supplements she has taken (and is currently taking) are Creatine, protien, fish oil, CLA and BCAA's

    I've bought my gf some gear to use, she was supposed to compete this year, HGH, VAR, T3, clen I think are good gear a woman to use. Most woman use Anavar .

    I bet some Var cycle an HGH at about 2IU,'s would do her good

    Anavar and primo are the common ones. Tbol trumps both for strength.

    I've seen a lot of women do well on low doses of Masteron , 20-25mg 3x/wk is a good place to start. I know it's normally thought of for dieting and rarely as a good strength promotor or mass builder, but women are simply far more sensitive in every aspect of gear, the good and the bad.

    What the others said, Anavar and Primo, those would be my top choices.
    And HGH at anytime, although that's not really going to do much for strength directly, it goes well with all cycles and stacks for all people and just improves everything you're doing.
