Hey guys
Just checking in with a quick question for my first test - e/bold mix 10 week cycle:
Can I just pin Monday evening test right delt hcg left delt then Thursday alternate sides, then next week same with quads?
Also do I need a new pin every time? if so I can just buy 40 of them at the local cvs right?

Its better to swap pinning sites so it wont be sore and yes, throw away your needles when you get done! I use two needles each injection, I use one to pull the oil out of the vial-throw away needle-get new one- inject. You cant get them at CVS, at least not mine, you can get them online but I get mine at this 'pharmacy' in the hood where I live

It sounds like you should be doing more reading and less injecting right now.
I hope you've had your cycle reviewed and are planning a proper AI and PCT.
EQ is a big waste of time and money and the health risks generally outweigh benefits.

except the EQ part and instead of 12 weeks it's 10 I'm 176 lbs now btw
BTW are you guys sure about not being able to purchase pins in CVS cos cpl months ago I needed to pop a zit and I walked up to CVS Pharmacy and bough a 10 pack, the lady asked my to show my id and gave me funny look though ...

So much wrong here..... You need to learn to eat and train. 176lbs is tiny for 6'2. Steroids arent magic. Also EQ is worthless, terrible cycle plan.

I haven't caluculated it yet but it's definately on my prioirities list I will make sure I pop tonnes of protein I wana max my results
