    first pin of test + dbol

    I did my first pin of test yesterday. 250mg/ ml. I'm using genshi testo-e and their 10mg dbol tabs 4x daily. I can't say if I notice any effect yet because I'm still feeling a little crappy from a cold I'm trying to get over. What I do notice is a slightly elevated heart rate. I'm not sure if my headache (pressure) is due to the AAS or the cold. Today I'm starting my .25 mg arimidex EOD. I know I didn't really ask a specific question but if you have a comment on anything feel free. Thanks, Brian.

    why did you take your first injection while you have a cold? you need to be in good health to cycle so you can work your butt off, steroids can only do you good when you are hitting the gym hard.

    Yes it is true. I know what you may say about it. On another note I took my first dose of arimidex .25 earlier and I seem to feel better. Does that make sense?

    Your probably just getting over your cold. Nothing would be effecting you this quick. As the guys said above. You need to be killing it in the gym for one for two.. What is your diet consist of. Clearly your bulking at that weigh (or need to be), do you have a meal plan in place?

    Yes I have a meal plan. Its basically as much as I can possibly eat all day every day. Two mass building 1000+ calorie shakes daily with another 2000+ calories that come mainly from my tuna, eggs, chicken for protein and oatmeal and brown rice. I dont sleep until I get over 4000 calories in me for the day. I've put on 4 lbs just the week before I did my first pin. Since I'm pretty thin and body fat is single digits I'm under the impression my diet doesn't have to be 100% clean although its not bad.

    Nothing that you are taking is going to make you feel anything in 1,2,3,4,5,days except maybe libido and erections. Calm down anything you are feeling IMOP is just a placebo and nerves. The compounds are not magic pills or magic injections. Just try to be patient for a few weeks.

    Get the diet right, get healthy with the cold and train like an animal, eat like a beast and sleep like a baby. Good luck ...crazy mike

    Your tdee is 2787cals a day. If your stats are correct. At 4000 cals a day of not clean food (mass builder shakes) your going to gain some unwanted fat. Like I said before hit the nutrition section and get a solid plan in place. What is you current macro split?

    Honestly I haven't even figured out my percentages on the macros. I'm still playing with my diet because I've had some stomach cramps with certain types and amounts of food/ingredients. Mainly rebuilt mass by gnc is the culprit. I'm gonna just watch my bf % over the next few weeks and adjust accordingly. I have some room to play with as far as gaining a little fat goes.

    Diet needs to be planned and executed first. You are wasting your effort if you aren't already committed to eating and know your macros and calories. I don't understand why some guys feel steroids are magic beans to make up for shortcomings in diet and training.

    Dump the mass gainers in the crapper. You've been duped by marketing gimmicks. They are fat gainers not muscle gainers.

    I wish I had that problem!! At the end of the day it boils down to this. Aas won't get you massive alone. The right cal intake paired with proper training is what is gunna pack on the size brother. Oh ya.. And time. It doesn't happen over night. Determination and 100% buy in to the life style must come before the gear. Wish you luck! This place is full of knowledgable members that will guide you on the right path..

    This is how my body composition sits as of 10 min ago. I'm not exactly just a scrawny guy that has no understanding of working out or having no conception of diet. Like I said, I can stand to gain a little weight in the name of bulking.

    With all due respect. You need to listen more. You have some abs muscles under the water but that doesn't mean you have much muscle mass and with your weight and height you are small a bit on the skinny side. I think you know that so don't get your panties in a wad and your ego hurt by some things that are being said.

    Take it as constructive criticism because you came and asked the board. We all ask more Q's and give more input then sometimes wanted by the op, but it is for your benefit not ours.     That's not muscle composition that's your stomach. Looks like my 12 year old boys.

    If this is ur first run with AAS, abort dbols, these tend to aromatase , even it could be described as modest.
    If u insist on goin on this route keep an eye on your estrogen.
