    im new to steroids

    After advice so ill start with my status first im 28 160lbs and 11.8% body fat been in the gym for 4yrs now and before that I was professional cycling for 9yrs for the last 2yrs my size has not changed and I believe I reached my natural limit a few months ago I got 10ml of RBA (nandronole decanoate) I think thats how you spell it I just thought if I se any results I would look more into it I was shocked I use 2ml a week for 5 weeks I couldn't believe the results its been about 3 months since my last jab and im about to start a cycle im going to be using 2.5ml a week for 12 weeks of test400 the first 3 weeks ill also be using d-bol and after my last jab il use d-bol again for 3 weeks with novol I also have another bottle of test 400 if I need to stretch it out to 16weeks my question is. Is that dose to small as i did respond well to only 2ml for 4 weeks of the other shit and is that a good plane for a cycle

    Overview, your first cycle was Dbol 5 weeks? Or Test 400 at 800mg/week?

    You need to research way more. U never take deca by itself. Always need test as a base. Second. Test400. As in 400mg? So your going to take 1000mg a week? Not a good idea. For your weight you need to eat. That's y you are not gaining. If you were going to cycle. Just run 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Run a ai. Hcg and nova clomid for pct.

    Im 5"11 im at 4500 cal a day for the last 12 months super high matobalism im 9kg heavier then I have been in my life

    Also have a very high natural labeto and high stim tolerance that help any advice will be excepted as alot of research I did I found alot of he said she said bullshit and this site seems to have less judgemental wankers

    Did realy have a first cycle just used 1 bottle no pct or anything

    Alright I reread it, you don't need to take 1000mgs/week of Test, 400-600mgs/week will do great for you.
    Test week 1-14: 500mgs/week
    Dbol week 1-4: 30mgs/day
    you dont need to run the Dbol last 3-4 weeks, you want to use it at the beginning to jump start the cycle, this is a great cycle, these two components react well together.

    You should get Arimidex and clomid along with nolva.
    Week 1-14: .25mg/day
    Week 16-20: clomid (in the morning)100/100/50/50
    Nolva(at night) 20/20/10/10

    OP. no matter how you want to look at this, or how you want to perceive this board It makes no difference. Your answer was give to you on a platter and you don't know now anymore then you did when you came in and asked the Q's.

    This I have no problem with and I guess, knowing other members they don't give a damn, BUT for you, you should take heed. Listen for yourself because if you continue to use aas knowing as little as you have exhibited you may find yourself with some problems.

    It will be in your best interest to read and learn what you are taking and WHY. What happens to your hormones and why the need for an AI, and the proper protocol for PCT. Controlling Estrogen or even the importance of said control. I didn't catch if you talked about getting a blood workup. Don't take offense but take heed and Good luck ...crazy mike

    4500 calories really isn't as much as you think... and are you actually documenting these calories or just assuming that's what you are getting as a guess?

    We all have/had high metabolisms through our 20's (at least I did) 160 lbs isn't your natural limit though IMO.

    4yrs ago I was 118lbs and was highly addicted to pain killers after I had a head on crash with a truck while I was riding my bike and it left me covered in scares after documenting my diat back then I was only eating around 900 cal a day I use a website called my fitness pall you enter what you eat and 90% of the time it knows what and how much was in what you ate I now range from I think my lowest day was about 4200 to my highest day that was 5100 iv been 151lbs for the last 2 yrs and after I tryed that 1 bottle im now at 160
    Further more after i found a few post on this sit i got In touch with my source and he has got some clomid to go with the nolva and some tialand jellys if I wanna give it to the wife one night

    The problem is that if you can't gain off cycle at 4500cals what do you think happens when you come off and still only eat 4500cals?

    You don't need gear, you need to eat MORE. I don't care how much you are or how much you THINK you are eating. If you're not gaining weight then you need to eat more, simple as that. Oh you're eating 6 meals a day? Try 7 meals a day. That no working for you? Then go fr 8,9,10... etc you should get the idea. The answer is not "I already eat so much" that answer is "ok I will eat MORE"

    In fairness to him, I understand the rush of wanting to jump right into steroids . I wanted to myself, luckily I listened to enough people that convinced me not to use it until I really need to, or have a specific reason, and since my size isn't something I really care about, my only issues now are how to lessen my pain for building up some very weak areas for support to avoid surgery for now.

    Really, eating a lot is almost a full time job in itself though, so it is hard, but no one ever said bodybuilding, or any sport for that matter was easy nor should it be....even with aas.
