    steroid and alcohol

I wanted to make another thread with newly updated posts. So if your on tbol, test enth and deca. which would be better to have beer like coors light or vodka club soda? Obviously vodka has less calories, but you get more drunk and the concentration is 40% compared to what like 5%. if someone was gonna drink have a few vodkas or few beers? im taking NAC also. is this really gonna affect my gains/strength while on?

Just enjoy drinking in moderation. Don't get drunk often. If you're not getting on stage/competing, enjoy life a little. Beer is probably more taxing on your diet.

Why go 3 steps forward then 4 back? you don't have to drink alcohol if your a seriouslifter, seriouslifter lol

I'm a college student and I drink at least Saturday nights and I am fine. 10% bf average. Sunday I hit legs and sit in the sauna and sweat it out

I would keep drinking to a minimum, however, a beer or a mixed drink here and there isn't going to be the end of the world. Like Austin said though, if you are trying to compete/be a pro, you'd be better served to abstain from drinking all together.

im not competing. so it seems you cant go wrong with either a beer or club soda. i thought beer would be better because more liquid and have to drink more than vodka you can down those easy and more concentration. not intending to get drunk just have a few once a week

I feel like this was a serious question, so serious answer: a couple shots or beers won't kill you or halt your gains. I'm a vodka man myself.

    My sentiments as well.

Also often over looked.....higher protein intake can elevate acidity in the GI environment. If one is prone to gastritis or acid/bile reflux conditions, alcohol will exacerbate the frequency and intensity.

You haven't formed your own opinion on the subject in 9 years of being here?

And were you like 10 years old when you joined, or are you going back to school late?

Nice call Bonaparte. OP don't over think something this simple. Next you will be asking how much to mix in a glass and what the vodka to club soda ratio should be. Can I drink both in the same glass or should I use two separate glasses? Common sense.

^^ agreed. Beer has added carbs. Vodka and sprite zero isn't too bad.

I can't relate to this question cuz i dont drink, but...alcohal can raise estrogen and damages tissue quality. It's the antithesis of anabolic. Im really negative on alcohal tho and some people say im no fun.
You know what else they say, they say a look 22 instead of 32....and i tan all year round. The stuff is bad for tissue, Look at the skin of drinkers...it has that rung out look. You think it wont do that to muscle? I worry about every tiny thing tho when it comes to muscle growth cuz im a slow grower with a smaller frame, and super average genetics. everythings gotta be dialed in. Everyone one is diff. My one friend is doing a cycle and still drinks most days of the week, and we aint talkin one or two beers, and hes not fat, has abs if flexes sorta. He is only half way through his 400mg deca, 100mg test cycle and and gained 12lbs so far, beating all his best lifts and complains that the machines don't have enough plates especially the lat pulldown. He was also 215 at 5% bF before i met him. When i met him he was 170. i got him lifting and he gained 25lbs in 8 months, and with the cycle now about 200. I said he should gain all back his old weight FIRST but he is they lazienst fvck ever, and wants to get big without eating alot cuz hes a lazy eater, and doesnt have a big appetite and hates "force feeding" it mags him "gag"....but he's got big genes.
You know your genes...i wouldnt drink at all on cycle...but thats me. Maybe you can have a lil, just dont go nuts.
