Needle gauge??

What is the general needle gauge for vastus lateralis site? I have relatively low body fat so I'm not sure that 1 1/2" is a necessary length either. Any feed back/ experiences will be appreciated.

If all I had to do was collect insurance checks all day I would have time to use a 25 ga needle. Just kiddin. 25 is too slow.

Warming your syringe, after loading the oil, will make the process so much smoother and faster. I use an electric heating pad...

I use 25g now...1.5 for glutes..and 1 inch elsewhere(delts,bi's,tri's etc..)

22 and 25 1" work great. I usually use the 25 gauge pins for triceps and 22 gauge for everything else.
