Not looking for ragging, just some informative direction...
I have been working out steadily for over a year.
I was in the Navy, but then gained 100+ lbs when I got out.
I have went from 305-200. in a year and a half. ( would have been sooner...but there were times that I had trouble sticking to my diet.)
I am 5'9...I would say around 17-22% bf. I am about to be 27 years old.
My goal is increased strength...maybe some expedited fat loss. Mass has been coming along nicely as it is.
My training is mostly compound movements/functional fitness with a couple body building movements here and there. I follow a paleo-esque diet , and have been for about a year.
All I eat is meat, veggies, some fruit a couple times a aweek, oatmeal/quinoa/sweet potato/brown rice on training days, just meat and veggies on inbetween days.
I train mon, wed, fri, sat. I have training and nutrition down to the last macro...now the real question and why I registered to this forum....
I have been taking Sustanon 250 for almost two weeks (0.6mL eod).
And the other bottles for my cycle busted ( please don't ask how), and I am having trouble getting ahold of more sust. I am debating whether or not to continue my last 2 weeks I have left in my bottle and hoping I can run into some more sust....or just stop now and hope I don't shut down or need a PCT.
Any PCT advice would be appreciated. I planned to do clomid/nolva 50 40, 50 40, 50 20, 50 20 ED 3 weeks after my cycle ends. Any advice as to what action to take next???
