Was just curious what would happen if a person with high body fat % jumped on clen, say the person was around 30-35% bodyfat and they lifted everyday along with a strict/stable diet/cardio the lot, took the right dosage and cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
i know that because they are already high bodyfat that even without the clen they would be able to lose weight quick if they stuck to everything else right, but my question is would clen make them lose it faster?
Im sitting around 13-15% body fat and want that extra push but a friend of mine also wants to get on it which i advised he shouldnt.
