First Cycle Plan
Ok guys here is my first cycle plan
Week 1 to 10: test e/bold mix @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 10: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
NAC daily
RALOX if nipples feel gynated
PCT 14 days after last pin Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
STATS 176/6'3/12% BF 3 years combined training exp on and off
WORKOUT 4 times a week 40 minutes each. 3 times dubmell 1 times machine. NO CARDIO!!

Your training is weak. What are your goals? And what is wrong with cardio? Based off of your stats you seem thin at 6'3".
I'd also extend test for at least twelve weeks.

Bro you don't need aas! You need to learn how to eat.You can put on 20lbs nat very easy.You need to hit the diet section and post this diet.They will help you and in the mean time.Put the juice away.Beacuse you are not ready bro.

Agree with much of whats been said. At 6'3 and 176 you must be a bean pole. That diet is rubbish mate. You need to build a solid foundation before touching AAS and the main part of that foundation is diet. Get it right and learn to eat properly so you can gain naturally first.
