Recently lost 37 lbs
34 inch waist
Bf mid teens not done dropping yet
took time off this year
hernia surgery
marriage lol
I have done 6 cycles last 10 yrs

so back to to lifting steady getting diet back online and so on
been over a year since last cycle
was thinking maybe a test only
how ever love prop and tren a
but was thinking 10 to 12 week
test only kick start with prop or just run prop whole time
also what do you guys think dose
with my big lay off
