Planning first cycle.. would like feed back
Hey guys Im planning on starting my first cycle in the next few days and would just like some feed back
The cycle is going to consist of
Sustanon 250mg/mL total 20ml
Clen 50mcg tabs
T3 25mcg tabs
I am 23 years old 250lbs 19% BF
Heres what i have planned, please let me know if i should adjust the dosages and/or add any supplements during the cycle and what kind of post cycle should i do
Clen:
Day 1-3 : 25 mcg (im going to split the tabs)
Day 4-6 : 50 mcg
Day 7-9 : 75 mcg
Day 10-12 : 100mcg
Day 13: 75mcg
Day 14: 50mcg
2 weeks on 2 weeks off for total of 10 weeks
I will also be taking 3-5 mg of taurine
T3:
Weeks 1-2 : 25mcg
Weeks 3-5: 50mcg
Weeks 6-7: 25mcg
Week 8: 12.5 mcg
Sust:
1ml every Monday and Thursday for 10 weeks
Should i be taking Benadryl with the clen?
Also not exactly sure what kind of pct to do after the cycle... some people tell me i don’t need anything with 500mcg per week others recommend clomid so im kind of lost...

Looks like you're trying to run the Clen and T3 and use the cycle to lose fat. My research tells me that, doing this would be what my girlfriend's little girl calls, 'a big minus 5.'
1.Forget running a cycle until you lose some weight. Drop down to 15% bodyfat and you will have a much better cycle, I'm in the process of doing that myself so that I can run my first cycle, and have already done all the research that backs up why you need to get down to 15. It means less sides and a cleaner cycle. It sounds like your diet is flawed as it is, so this will be good for you, since you will have to maintain some kind of decent diet to get down to 15% bf from 19%. It isn't hard. My diet is easy.
morning, 6 eggs w 1 yolk, 1/2cup of oatmeal w milk, some nuts
2 hr later protein drink
lunch, can of sardines, salad w wheat pasta broccoli and cauliflower with a lil ranch, maybe a half of a tiny potato, yogurt w grapes
2 or 3 hrs later - protein drink w a piece of wheat bread
dinner - again with the sardines, (this is just my personal pref but any 8oz of chicken or whatever will be fine here,) eat some salad, make sure to eat a little bit of a complex carb, rice, potatoes, whatever.
now that's not the cleanest diet ever, but it's a good start.
2. Run some Test-E 250 as your first cycle and that's it. Don't worry about the Clen or the T3.

Welcome to the community, philamanila.
How tall are you, buddy? At a glance, your stats don't seem so bad. I would however, advise that you wait until you drop some body fat. 19% isn't too far off, but certainly won't make estrogen management easy. The lower the body fat, the less aromatase enzymes you carry. Under 16% would be ideal.
So, my advice is to hold off on this cycle until you get to a reasonable state. Curious if you plan on using an AI, hCG , didn't see any mention there.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~
