Hey everyone, Im doing all my research for my first cycle, looking to get some advice on the best way to go about it. Ive read a ton of posts already, its information overload but Im letting it all sink in.
Some quick info on me, Ive been an athlete my whole life, been training in the gym over 10 years but with an athletic focus, not a size focus. Last 3 years Ive changed my focus to increasing size and strength.
Current lifts 1RM
Bench 265
Squat 340
Dead 440
Age: 33
Height 5'8
Weight 175 (2 years ago weighed145)
BF 12-13%
Cycle goals are to bulk up but as lean as possible.
Eventual Goal for me is 185 at 8% BF
Current Training: I cycle between Madcows 5x5 for strength and Lyle Mcdonalds Generic Bulking Plan for hypertorphy. Run each program for 3 months then switch. Has worked really well for me so far.
From my reading I know everyone will recommend pinning test, which Im not opposed to, just that I dont know if that possible for me in Singapore. As far as obtaining or importing. Because of that Im looking into oral only which I know is inferior. Dbol sounds like the most effective but is quite hepatoxic which I dont like. Anavar sounds very interesting to me, due to claims of slower but more keapable gains, very few sides. Downside is most people I see recommend not running Anavar without Test, again, not sure if I can get my hands on that here or not.
