    Is a SERM really necessary for a mild PH?

    Finaflex 1-andro, it's a two step conversion to 1-testosterone . I'm running it for 5 weeks at 2 caps a day-suggested use is 2-4. I'm going to PCT with the same company's recommendation for PCT, Revolution Black, this should suffice shouldn't it?

    Revolution Black is a bunch of herbs and aminos. Even NAC content is 80mg. Weakest dose I've ever seen in my life. Not that NAC will do anything whatsoever for recovery, neither will milk thistle, red yeast rice, Saw Palmetto, Pygeum Africanum Bark Extract, Stinging Nettle, Lycopene, Lycopene, Selenium.

    Anything that causes HPTA supression, mild or not, needs a proper PCT with serms. Nolvadex and Clomiphene.

    It's your body, respect it. Better yet, don't run PH's. You're 31 years old, been lifting since you were 18, 6 foot 1 and 197 lbs. Good stats. Time to man up and buy yourself some real steroids ...

    I have tamox on hand but it's 3 years old. I may order some more though and run it. What would you suggest I run it at? And I'm not sure of those stats you posted, I'm really light now...right around 162. When I first joined this board, those were my stats but recent events have caused me to lose most of what I had, I'll post a latest picture of me and get rid of the skunk soon.     Also, is one bottle of nolv from Ar-r enough for a run of like 40/40/20/20?

    I've heard this said before, my mother is 5'9 108 pounds, my father is of similar structure. When I was tipping the scales at almost 200, it was a good amount of ugly weight, I'm lean now and want to stay that way.

    I'm looking for 10lbs of dry gains, I'm at about 7% BF right now. I have really small joints so I carry 162 well (I think) everyone guesses my weight to be at 185-190.

    But this is my first PH/steroid of any kind so I'm guessing with my diet dialed in and my virgin androgen receptors, 10lbs is a reasonable expectation.

    My diet is on point. I really am no newb to any of this, I just have to fight tooth and nail for every ounce of muscle. I bang out 5 meals a day right around 2,500 cal. I'm on a constant clean bulk. Super lean beef, chicken, tuna, egg whites with a couple yolks, carbs are brown rice, gluten free wheat bread, bananas, grits, sweet potatoes.
