    First cycle

    Hey
    Hey guys and girls, Iam 31 and a newbie. Iam looking for any info on how to get more mass. I know people are gonna say I should cut but to be honest I don't wanna. Really would like to stay away from pins but it is what it is, if I have to so be it. Thanks everyone cheers

    No better reply to train natural till u reach max genetic build so u have a solid muscular frame before even thinking about starting AAS
