after first cycle is it normal?
I'm am done with pct and I noticed my strenth and size stayed the same after my test e cycle. Now I noticed I am making gains still, most people say they lose a lot of the test e cycle but I feel very good with my first cycle. My nutrition is in shape btw.

Course it can, you mentioned diet been good and that's your answer. You must be one of the lucky ones who recover quickly. What was your pct

Pct was after 14 days on last pin. 75/50/50/50 Clomid 40/20/20/20 nolva. I started getting morning wood again after week 1 of pct and I still do. So do I recover quick?

5'7 height 165 pounds 14% bf ending at 184 pounds after cycle body fat looks the same I was eating like an animal

I want to state that the first week of pct I did feel down and drepressed some what but after that week I was back up.

At the moment Im in my first week and I started to feel the drop today, can't get it hard, not much motivation(even though a really great training today). no libido whatsoever.
Was expecting this but still... not a cool thing XD
Good luck and keep your Hardwork, it seems like it pay, 19pounds up. Good job

Yea I lost libido only the first week of pct, Never really had strength decrease though I can still hammer curl 50 pound dumbells with good form and bench press is high around 315 in the 8 reps section. What I noticed after the 3rd week of pct though was that I was getting beast pumps and my body looks much toned now, I dont know if it is because of the water weight that the test was giving me and when you stop the bulky look kinda good away or I have no Idea. Anyways I feel like I was pretty much recovered by week 3 of pct, Need some blood work to back it up though.

Much easier to keep gains, post cycle, when you're not past your "genetic potential".
