I'm 33
Training for over 12 years!
Height: 5ft 9
Weight: 92kg
BF: 12%ish
Used all types of steroids and done many courses!

I'm pretty strong!
Max Bench 200kg
Should Press Bench Max 150kg
Curl 32kg-36kg each arm
Squat Max 140kg (needs improving)

I'm look to enter my first comp next year, and looking for much advice as i possibly can regarding my cycle, nutrition ect! All info will help especially from guys who have entered comps already.

I may extend the first 12 weeks of the cycle from 12 to 14 or 16! I know all in all it's probably a bit long of a cycle! I'll take on board and negative advice and positive and will critique if need to.

There will be a PCT! Again advice on that would be good as-well.

week 1-12 is correct
week 13-20 Test p 100mg ED
week 13-20 Tren A 150mg ED
week 13-20 Mast P 100mg ED
week 15-20 Anavar 100mg ED
week 17 Halo 10mg ed
week 18 Halo 20mg ed
week 19 Halo 30mg ed
week 20 Halo 40mg ed

And i'll run the test a few weeks more then PCT!

What were your previous cycles? And pct?

The doses mainly stay the same on a weekly basis through out! Just starting off with longer esters then reducing them to shorter esters at the end of the cycle.

AI i will get something on hand but don't really get any prob with Estrogen and never suffered from sore nipples. I've always used Masteron and from my masteron experience it helps regarding estrogen levels. I'll see how i go with the first 12 weeks, as the last 8 weeks should be fine with the Masteron. I've never taken Primo and it has similar properties as masteron so hopefully there shoudn't be a need for an AI. Onlt time will tell.

Wouldn't you use Anavar and tren together, what would be the negative effects if any? When it comes to strength gains i've always had more gains from using Anavar. I could always leave the Var out and just use Halo, I know it will help with strengths and dry me out more.

Previous cycles have included of all of the above except Halo and Primo.
Tren, Test, Var, Mas, Eq all used before in cycles.

hCG on cycle, never during PCT. SERMs only for PCT. If you go through with this, your PCT needs to be fairly aggressive.

I don't have time to reply in detail, too much wrong here... I'll check back later if others haven't chimed in.

This course is a bit more aggressive then before.

nolv 20mg for 28 days
Clomid i pyramided up and back down went up to 25/50/75/100/75/50/25

I'm looking for something abit more aggressive this time.

I'm thinking of going on a cycle for 6 months, I know it's a long time but each to there own.

Thinking of using Test E through just up and lower the doses throughout the cycle
Maybe use, Tren (i dont really get bad side effects just a little cough), Primo. Winstrol , Equpoise, Clen .

Go back to your first post and read where you said you "had to cut my last cycle short as it was out of my control."
Now instead of letting this one get out of control how about keeping it more simple and under control? Stop thinking/planning on stacking this with that and adding more here or there.

I'm always up for new ideas and that was asked a while ago! I'm asking the same kind of questions thinking there would be more experience on here! But it seems this site is just full of negatives and no one coming up with ideas!

A Little Help Needed!
Right guys over the pasy year or so I have used, Winstrol , Ganabol, Trenbolone , Sus! My last was sus only only 250-500mg a week. Silly me i have never done a PCT!!! Which i have researched now, so i'm learning from my mistakes!

I haven't take Tren 4 about a year, If i squeeze my nippels i still get stuff coming out from them! Plus i find it very hard to get an erection, sometime impossible.

I've been to doctors, not about my nippels- but the other stuff, i've had a tets done for my sus levels which they came back low!!

My doc don;t know much about steroids , Can any of you guys give me help? On what i should do? Like what test i should have done??? what not to do??
He has also given me Cialis, which doesn't help that much!!!

Masteron came back at 100%
Test e 95%

3.My physical stats are very similar to yours and I've only taken a fraction of what you feel you "need" to advance.

And now since you bitched soooo long and hard about people not helping you, here's my advice:
1.Whatever your current diet is, trash it and start all over again.
2. Reread every sticky and article you can find on AI's and gyno prevention because it appears this concept still eludes you.
3. Take a year off of gear and try to reduce the tolerance you've built up to all of these compounds
4. Based of your past experience and current goals, design a simpler cycle of 2-3 of your favorite compounds(test/tren/mast is nice)
5.Redesign your diet according to your goals
