First cycle advice. Noob needs suggestions

Hey guys I'm new here and i'm going to start a first cycle soon and any advice is greatly appreciated.


My very knowledgeable friend told me to start this cycle.

test cypionate 1-8weeks 1ml every 3 days. pct starts 10 days after last injection. pct will be clomid / novlodex

What should be the dosages for the pct btw? would starting at 150mg of novldex be to high? He told me to run the pct for 4 weeks. with week 1 being 150mg of novldex.


Thanks to those that reply. i need a second opinion.

Also would 3x 10 of 23g 1inch syringes suffice for the cycle? thanks.

My name is John, I have been on my first cycle and came across something I need an answer too. I went to inject today and for some reason the gear would not leave the syringe. Changed the needle and tried again with no success. So I put my withdraw needle back on and pit the gear back in the vile. My question is what would cause that to happen, and and can i.still use gear or is it contaminated now.

I wouldnt be listening to that so called 'knowledgable' friend. and if you don't know about weekly dosage, cycle durations and ESPECIALLY pct protocols, then you aren't ready to cycle at all.

You need to get reading and researching. Nolva is generally dosed at 40/40/20/20 and run with clomid at 100/100/50/50. This is only a basic protocol.

Need to do some digging for yourself bro. dont listen to mates or come on here to ask the very basics about cycling.
