    Can you be more specific?
How long did you run tren ?
    Any testosterone with the cycle?
AI for estrogen control or caber or prami for prolactin control?
Have you had any blood work done yet?

Unfortunately, testicular size/atrophy does not predict function on cycle. About 50% of men do not experience noticeable changes in testicular size. The current problem may be multifactorial (LH, FSH, E2, testosterone , or others). Blood work should be ordered to see what may be contributing to the problem(s).

It certainly sounds like your HTPA is no longer functioning correctly.

Your MD or a private lab would be ideal. Don't admit to AAS use. Describe your symptoms only.

Lowtestosterone.com may be an option. Not sure if they service outside the US yet though. I suspect not.

Ideally, all hormone ranges should be examined (E2 sensitive assay for men, LH, FSH, testosterone ).

We can trouble shoot on our end but without proper blood work, our recommendations would be largely guess work. I suspect your HTPA isn't signaling the release of FSH or LH and you aren't producing the needed testosterone.
