Quick update everyone.
The tiredness has gone away. I feel normal again lol not so zoned out all the time.
Also I'm holding a little water but that's prob due to slightly higher sodium intake then I would like. Tweaking the diet a little bit.
Other than that I can't complain. Looking a little fuller during workouts. Everything is going smoothly so far. Let me know if you guys want to see a sample of my diet for a day in here.
