What is the mg dose per cap. It should tell you on the bottle the recommend dose.

I wouldn't bother with it personally, I have heard to many negative things about it.

I wouldnt go past what it recommends on the bottle. Personally I wouldnt take it at all. It also is one of the harshest steroids on the liver.
