Well, i was going to write out what i plan on doing but the automated-spam-filter won't let me, so, i'll just ask a simple question.

Do the Doctors help with the PCT (NHS, Chlomid)?, i plan on going tomorrow to ask them + get blood test done after my first cycle

Don't tell your GP you are going on cycle or that you have done one.

They won't prescribe you anything. Aside from the fact clomid isn't, I believe, prescribed for anything in the UK.

Post your plan and your stats here if you want an educated critique.

Because it will be on his record for the rest of his life. Whilst they are confidential there are various reasons why certain organisations may need access. Why take the risk?

Legal or not, it could have future implication for life insurance applications, or some other form of insurance claim. Often, insurance companies will require you to give them access to your medical records.
