Shit sleep
Complicated one here :
I sleep like shit , even with 2 valiums, i wake up every one to 2 hours , wide awake , i feel tired during the day , sore eyes and i feel its effecting my recovery .... heres the reason i think maybe (or all are) contributing ..
*post comp
*weight gain
*snoring
*high dose tren
*high dose test
*gh ????
im in training for the arnold ams ... so im bulls to the wall with everything, recovery is imperitive
im taking naps during the day, usually post workout , i train twice a day, cardio first thing too
Anyone have ideas on how or what i can do to help my sleep quality , i dont want to rely on sleeping drugs?
Any thoughts or idead would be appreciated?

If you're taking stimulants I would cut back on those. You could try some natural sleep aids like melatonin, or 5 htp.

You say you're running high dose tren and don't know why you can't sleep???
Either deal with the sides or drop the compound.

What is a high dose of tren ?
Snoring can be the laymans term for sleep apnea and this will definitely cause shit sleep

Have sex before bed best sleep agent ever ! Or jerk off angrily haha I would also recommend 15-20 mg of melatonin a night

I don't know about all that. 3mg is nothing.

You don't want to rely on sleep meds but ur relying on Valium?
It's most likely the tren in which case like Bonaparte said..... If Valium isn't helping then ur kinda out of luck.

I didn't say take it every night, just take when ur sleepless, I personally buy 5mg tablets and find anything under 15 mg doesn't help me sleep at all but that's just me. Just start at 3 mg or 5 mg w.e u buy and up it if u need to

1mg of Valium is nothing. LOL at who said 3mg of Valium is a lot. Eat 2 10mg Valium you'll be fine. I have a hard time getting good sleep running Tren . I'll take some Valium or muscle relaxers sometimes before bed. Helps sometimes for some good sleep.

ZMA works real well for me,,,sometimes I even just use a ZINC/COPPER mix.
TREN is notorious for insomnia especially high dosage.

Sorry I didn't know that would be a problem. On another note..one thing that works good too is Extra Strength Benadryl Nighttime. I never liked taking sleeping pills because if I don't get at least 8hrs of sleep I wake up feeling very groggy and I fight to stay awake threw most my work day.
