    most cost effective cutting compound?

what's gonna be the most cost effective? because anavar, primo, and mast are all STUPID expensive and winny doesn't seem to be worth the side effects.

Are you running it alongside test? masteron and winstrol have fairly similar side effects.

Of course, I'm on trt so I'll blasting depending on my t3 dosage. Would injectable winstrol be any better? It's such a cheap compound so it's so appealing in that regard but seems a lot of people hate it with a passion, personally I'm afraid of hair loss as I'm 24 and my hair is already noticeably thinning.

    There isn't such a thing.
We pay for primo and var because they don't cause so many sides.
If there was something cheap and effective that doesn't cause many sides, don't you think that's all we'd use?

Masteron is expensive? Get a new source.

Yeah honestly I probably won't bother with anything except increasing test dosage to maintain mass and just significantly increasing cardio from 20 minutes 4x a week to 45 minutes 6x a week.

I'm now nearing my goal BF of sub 9%(10% atm)..I've only used test/t3 throughout this cutting cycle. I'm going to try both winny and mast to finish it off, my question is how effective is AR-R's topical spiro, along with some Nizoral shampoo going to be to stave off hair loss/thinning while using these DHT derivatives, I'm not sure if I have the MPB trait or not, but will these two things combat hair loss if I do in fact possess the trait for going bald?

I started at 14% t3 was extremely effective I might have even gone too fast. It took 8 weeks on 2100 cals.

Yeah, those topicals will help, but you'll probably still lose some hair if you're prone to it.

14% to 9% in 8 weeks is great for sure. What was ur test/T3 dosage? How did it make u feel? How is ur strength now compared to 8 weeks ago?

My test dosage was increased from 200 trt dosage to 300 and 75mcg t3. Also ran Austinite's fat loss supps which helped a lot I believe. I think the t3 makes me a tad fatigued tbh but it could have been the low cals/carbs I'm eating too. Im 24 yrs old, 5'9, 185 lbs 10% bf down from 14% 195 lbs.

    195lb 14%bf = 167.7lbs LBM

    185lb 10%bf = 166.5lbs LBM

10lbs lost and only 1.2 of it lean plus 4%drop in bf is very good for 8weeks dude.. Cant ask for better than that.

Anyways does anyone have experience running Ar-r's topical Spiro with mast or winny? hair loss is the only concern I have as I will be running them for only 6 weeks.

Jimmyinkedup does. He recommends it alongside ketoconazole.
