low energy
I am 19 years old and i train about a year and a half. I started running out of energy (generally in life.)i think trening is not a reason and i think that there is no reason for low testosterone but just my genetics. im thinking to run a small cycle of testosteron. Any suggestions? i was thinking about testosteron enanthate 250mg/week
My purpose of this small cycle is not to increase muscle mass, but to pick up energy and motivation and self-esteem.
i will be gratefull for some informations.

Well blood work will tell you what you need to know. Also, look into your diet. Maybe not enough carbs. Aas is not the answer to your problem. Also some b-12 can help.

There's an underlying issue. No reason to have these feelings at your age. Sounds like you're either malnutritioned or suffering some sort of deficiency. See a doctor and stay away from steroids as they can make things much much worse.

Agree with Psaletta. No guessing here. Go to the Dr. and figure out the reason.

Just see a doctor. That's the only thing you need. A doctor will help you, nothing else will. The longer it takes for you to see a doctor, the worse you will be.

Start with a regular Doctor and have him run tests to see if there is something physiological wrong. If he can not find a single thing wrong then perhaps a psycologist can help.
Steroids would make your life a complete misery at this time.
Thanks
