First cycle
Hey guys , as youv guessed by the title I'm going to list my cycle for everyone's opinion as it's my first cycle and don't want to make any "nooby" mistakes so here it is
400 mg of test a week for 10 weeks
Stacked with 40 mg of dbol a day.
Arimidex 0.5mg every second day
Pct - 2 weeks after my last jab I will start nolva at 40 mg for 2 weeks then drop it to 20 mg for a further two weeks,
After nolva, clomid 100 mg a day for a week then I will drop down to 50mg until the end of the cycle,
And that's me, stats are 21 yo, 190 lbs 14-16% bf ( I will be cutting after this cycle) I'm clued up on diet and gym routines. And I will be injecting into my glute
Honest opinion guys?

You're gonna get more comments about your young age, then your poorly conceived cycle.
Stats are useless, without your height.
No need for Dbol , on first cycle. Test only!!!
Adex could be too high. .25 EOD is a standard starting dose. Crashing your estrogen is not good!
I'm no pct expert, as I'm too old for such, but it looks all wrong...

HCG should be run during cycle.
If you aren't eating more than your TDEE, your cycle will be a disappointment.
No need for dbol at this stage.Last edited by MuscleInk; 11-04-2013 at 03:05 PM.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
