High estradiol
My estradiol levels are extremely high (776) sensitive assay. I do routine blood work and before my current (150 mg test c and .25 anastrozole twice a week) cycle it was 4 ( sensitive assay parameters 3-70).
I did a complete panel about 2-3 weeks ago at which time I was 8 weeks into current cycle ( 500 mg test c, 500 deca , 650 mg eq per week split into two shots) . In addition to this I take 500 iu of hcg per week , zinc citrate, pregnenalone ,dhea etc. my level 2-3 weeks ago was high 600's. That was on .25 mcg of anastrozole twice a week. I bumped it up to .5 ed and still have crazy elevated estradiol???

You mean 250 micrograms, not 0.25 mcg. AKA 0.25 mg.
That's an incredible jump. I would run that panel again. But how do you feel? Any symptoms?~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Yes mg, I agree it's a crazy jump but I did sensitive assay w complete panel and it was high 600's that's why I increased anastrozole from .25 mg twice a week after injections to .50 ed and waited a week or two to re test but it went up to high 700,s. Symptoms are decreased libido and definitely lethargy , not that much increase in acne at all and no Gyno symptoms to speak of

Well increase your dose if you're moving forward with your cycle. How old are you and what's your body fat percentage?

Ok I plan to bump up to 1.0 ed for the next month and a half which will be end of 16 wk cycle. I' m 36 20-25% bf( I
Know that's high ) started at 18% or so never have done hydrostatic or bod pod so not exact. I was just surprised at the amount of test that converted , guess it's due to the bf %. Have you ever seen estradiol that high on cycle?

Yeah, but that's a huge range. You should find out what it is. You're carrying a lot of aromatase enzymes. I know you won't do this but I recommend that you abort this cycle. And even at your E2 level, 1mg daily of Arimidex is excessive and will impact lipids considerably. You need more blood work and you need to monitor it frequently. Probably should get CBC, CMP and Lipid panels asap.
Good luck.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

There you go. It's just going to get worse. Consider aborting.

Ok so if I end cycle how do I prevent the extreme aromatization ? Lower body fat? I had plan to take a few weeks of after cycle going back to trt dose of 150 mg test c a week then starting tren ace 300 mg a week w trt dose for 8-10 weeks to drop bf%?

Lower body fat is key. At 16% you can cycle, but I would only recommend a cut. I wouldn't bulk unless you get to 14% or less. So keep cutting naturally. Just avoid any steroids other than TRT until you're there.
