Red lump and running fever

Pinned second shot of test e 300 in left glute using 25 gauge 1 1/2" with 1 1/2cc. Swole up turned red and tight, starting running small fever, but fever had now went away and pain almost gone. Still swole and tight and reddish! Should I be worried? What's going on?

Yes and/or unsanitary methods. You'll probably never know. U swab before n after? Top of vial. Hands. Injection area Etc? A lot of ppl miss the hand bit. Then they'll cover the hole with a dirty finger. Sanitize all n every parr coming into contact with equipment. But dirty gear is not good. N will mostly likely be a whole batch if it was not compromised after sealing but before. I'd go to doctor immediately. U DO NOT want seaweed packed in a hole. Seen that shit. N its horrid as ****. Try n get some extra antibiotics from your doc to double dose your first day to give u a "boost". N u need to keep taking them until its GONE not just painless but completely healed. U don't want to make a super bug out of it. And tell ur source too. As I say. Might be a batch.

Could be germs in the air that land on the needle or inj site.

Not likely. It takes a good amount of bacteria to cause issues (like dirty gear or REALLY bad injection practices).
