need serious help getting in shape..

so im the skinny fat guy. 20 years old, 6ft tall, 25% body fat, 165 pounds..

I have no excuses for the awful shape iv gotten in. I only have the man in the mirror to blame. I need to change myself to be happy. don't know how many of you have been in my shoes but it's not the best feeling when you used to be successful with women and now your just somebody they've moved on and forgotten about.

at one point in my life, when i was 18, i was in very impressive shape. guys and girls used to compliment me about my physique.. i was a dumbass and stopped working out and lived an unhealthy lifestyle.

I am ready to make a change, i am willing to put in the work. i have the drive, i just need the direction. i'm not asking for steroid advice, a workout program, a proper diet, and direction is what i need. i'm not sure if i should bulk or cut, what kind of diet i should do.. i don't want to cut and lose the small frame i already have and turn into a twig, but i don't want to bulk and get any fatter than i already am. it feels bad. i am open to using things like clenbuterol to help get rid of this excess bodyfat now. i am open to using testosterone once i build a solid foundation. but first i need help with a good workout routine and a good diet.. i want to be 200lb at 8% bodyfat. help me get there, ill do whatever it takes.

if you're starting from zero, i don't think there is a need to think about bulking or cutting. after you clean up your diet, stick to maintenance calorie and start lifting as well as regular cardio. as you get more fit and toned, you can then see where you're and decide then.

AD gave great advice. Try to do it in steps or it will fail miserably.

    1. Get your workout going and keep it up for a few months
    2. Get your diet in check
    3. Fine tune workout and diet from here on

    Thanks
