Hi everyone, I just have a few questions before I start my first cycle. I was wondering if some one can review my cycle plan.I've been lurking the forums for some time now and doing as much research as I can.
Stats-
Age - 25
Height- 5"7
Weight - 145-150
Bodyfat %- guessing 18-22% (compared to photos I found online)
Experience- weights 1 year (light)
Also I think I has low T, as I've been struggling with fat for quite sometime and finally got it down to this level.
First cycle plan - 12 weeks
Test Prop -250 mg 2x per week (Monday/Thursday)
Arimidex - not sure amount, need opinions?*
Propecia - 1mg everyday
Supplements - protien shakes/ vitamins etc..
PCT - 3 weeks
nolvadex - looking for proper dosage amount
Trubulus - honestly don't believe this stuff works
Clomid - looking for proper doasage
Macros
2700 calories per day
carbs ( 250g)
protien (350g)
20 - fats - I don't know
Goal - Shave off remaining excess fat, bulk up about 8 lb of muscle after pct and hope to retain it
Is this a good plAn. Open to opinions and changes and advice from pros.
