    Exclamation Have a few questions before first cycle :)

    Hi everyone, I just have a few questions before I start my first cycle. I was wondering if some one can review my cycle plan.I've been lurking the forums for some time now and doing as much research as I can.

    Stats-
    Age - 25
    Height- 5"7
    Weight - 145-150
    Bodyfat %- guessing 18-22% (compared to photos I found online)
    Experience- weights 1 year (light)

    Also I think I has low T, as I've been struggling with fat for quite sometime and finally got it down to this level.





    First cycle plan - 12 weeks

    Test Prop -250 mg 2x per week (Monday/Thursday)
    Arimidex - not sure amount, need opinions?*
    Propecia - 1mg everyday
    Supplements - protien shakes/ vitamins etc..

    PCT - 3 weeks
    nolvadex - looking for proper dosage amount
    Trubulus - honestly don't believe this stuff works
    Clomid - looking for proper doasage

    Macros
    2700 calories per day
    carbs ( 250g)
    protien (350g)
    20 - fats - I don't know

    Goal - Shave off remaining excess fat, bulk up about 8 lb of muscle after pct and hope to retain it

    Is this a good plAn. Open to opinions and changes and advice from pros.

    Way to high body fat! Get down to 12-14% and then cycle. Will not take very long.

    Yes is that a good idea ?? I'm guessing not. I've already read the article before

    You can just follow the examples in that article. Why did you make so many changes if you're not sure?

    The layout in "Planning my first cycle" is very similar to yours here. No need to throw in clenbuterol, the bump in muscle mass should help you control bodyfat % much better.

    If you are concerned you have low t the first thing you should do is see your doctor and get bloodwork. Put aside all plans of a cycle until then.

    Have to say, you sound pretty light, can you post a pic to show what we are helping you work with here?

    Mate, let's face it. You're nowhere near ready to cycle. Prop should be administered EOD, and you're still unsure of your AI and PCT doses. This, coupled with your high bf%, current light weight, and lack of training experience are all reasons to support this. It sounds like you are generally on the right track but you need to invest more time researching, getting your diet on cue, and lifting heavy before using gear.

    Im not looking to be a body builder, just to look more fit. Ive tried several times to lose my excess fat and gain extra muscle, but with the low T, i find myself un-motivated, and always feeling down , asking myself "whats the point?" with no energy and interest in life.

    I have gone and gotten T levels checked and seen an endo doctor, the first blood test said i have half of the minimum level of T for my age (not sure the exact numbers) , the second test (after being refered to endo doc), said i have the minimum and levels "look good" and did not get me on hormone replacement therapy, but i still feel the effects of low T everyday...

    plz advise on what can be done..

    Total testosterone for first test was: 9.8 nmol/l

    Second test (done first think in the morning) was: 14.6 nmol/l

    Not sure what these mean but the doctor said it was good and waived it off but i dont feel any good...

    What are the ranges?

    What else did they test, E2, LH, FSH, thyroid etc?

    Also, after converting it my ng/dl (factor by 28.8 - according to google search)

    the results are 282.24 and 420.8 for the second test

    They did lutenising hormone and some folicle something but it was on a seperate sheet which i did not get from him ?
    should i request it?

    Yes request it. It should have the ranges the lab used for your test readings.

    He didn't check thyroid levels?

    not that im aware of - i will go back next week and ask for it due to work interference,,

    what do you think of it on an overall perspective?

    okay i will get and post as soon as i can -

    Do you think the cycle plan i have posted would do anything for me if I stuck to prper diet and training and PCT?

    I think you need to try and get to the root of your problems first.

    Any cycle is likely to do you more harm than good.

    Can I suggest you visit our nutrition forum and have your diet critiqued?

    I don't have a diet plan set up really at this time. Just eating healthy home cooked meals, was hoping to gain advise from some one on here.

    When I was cutting down, I was on a keto diet for a while, I was planning to do this while on a cycle :

    Morning , 2 meals spaced apart - high carbs (oatmeal, cereal, milk, banana , eggs, protien shakes,)

    Lunch - 2 meals spaced apart - moderate carbs (chicken Caesar salad, protien shakes, maybe some whole wheat pasta, chilli, beans, etc)

    Night - 1 low carb meal (tuna, steak, green vegetables etc)

    Target carbs:

    Week 1: 75g
    Week 2: 100g
    Week 3: 125g
    Week 4: 150g
    Week 5: 175g
    Week 6: 200g
    Week 7: 200g
    Week 8: 200g
    Week 9: 175g
    Week 10: 150g
    Week 11: 125g
    Week 12: 100g

    PCT: 50 grams under

    Proteins keep at constant 275-300g
    Fats - fluctuate depending on proteins
