    Cardio whilst bulking

    What do you guys think about cardio whilst bulking?

    Cardio is never a bad thing, on cycle, off cycle, bulking, cutting.... it's a positive thing to do for your health. If you account for cardio in your expenditure, you won't have any issues. You're not going to lose muscle if that's what you're concerned with.

    I exercise my dick 3 times a day. Oh back to the question yes cardio is a good idea while bulking.

    No reason not to maintain conditioning while bulking. I usually it 2 or 3 times a week while bulking, low intensity.

    I was just concerned that it might slow down muscle gains.

    Low or High doesn't matter. Just keep the time under 30 mins if doing high intensity to avoid burning muscle.

    Besides good sex for cardio. I also like to do 40 yard sprints. Or stair climbers.

    Yes defintely keep cardio in your routine. I do it after every workout (except legs) for 20-30 mins. It helps keep your heart healthy.
