How often can you blast and cruise?

I'm curious how often you can blast and cruise while on TRT? Is it something you could blast and then cruise for 2 months and go back to blasting? Obviously, you need to keep Hemocrit in check and BP etc. but what other risks are there? Or, are you better off just planning 2-3 cycles per year and cruising the rest?

Like you said, BW should be your guide. Two or three cycles per year, if long esters is arguably 36 weeks. That's a long time.

Very true. My last cycle was only 8 weeks so I was thinking more along those lines but I also don't want to be a human pin cushion for 36 weeks a year. Thanks.

Pete, just make sure when you decide to cycle you're 100% ready and can dedicate yourself completely to your nutrition and training. Without it it's a waste of your money.

Thank you I completely agree. I'm hyper-focused and don't want to balloon up and then lose it all. Would rather make smaller gains and retain it. I'm a highly driven person and know what I want and will sacrifice where needed to get there but only if I can get there SAFELY.
