Im 23, 6'1 202lbs about 14-17% bodyfat, maybe less not to sure.
Clen
Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg
2 Weeks on and 2 Weeks off. I don't want to go up to high on clen because its my first time.
T3
Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in
between)
Day 38-45: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)
Questions:
1. When I dose the Clen should I take it all in the morning after my cardio before breakfast or split it everyday in half?
Example- for day 1-2 it says 20mcg so I would take 10mcg at 8am and then 10mcg at 3pm? or take it all in the morning before breakfast?
and then day 7-9 it says 80mcg should I take 40mcg at 8am and then 40mcg at 3pm? and so on
2. Should I take taurine everyday as well with the Clen?
3. Do I take the Clen and t3 together in the AM?
4. By day 30 that will be the end of my two week resting period. Should I got another 14 days of Clen and then stop the same time I stop the t3 or should I completely stop after 2 weeks and continue the t3? I figured I could go one more week of clen from day 30-45 but not sure.
5. Do I need to take a PCT after all of it or no? I heard no need to but I want to be safe as possible.
If im missing anything please let me know!

1. Take it all in the morning, no need to split it. Usually have a hard time sleeping if you take this in the evening.
2. Yes, 5g. I tend to start Taurine a few days before my Clen cycles.
3. Yes.
4. I do not know this one.
5. No.

I don't have anything else to take as of this point. I will bulk after it but there's not much I can do but eat a lot of protein to maintain whatever I can. Im not running anything else besides clen and t3. Ill consume over 200g of protein a day at the least.
My meal will consist of: (will be basically the same food ill eat for 45 days, will mix it up with maybe steak at night)
Breakfast: 8:00AM
2 eggs, 2 egg whites, oatmeal
Snack:10:30AM
2 Scoops of Whey
Lunch: 1:00AM
1 lb of Chicken Breast with Salad
After workout: 3:00PM
2 scoops of whey and a bannana
Dinner: 7:00PM
2 fish fillets
After using fitnesspal I calculated what my totals would be, if I followed this regiment I would be at:
1,305 Calories, 42g Carbs, 28g Fat, 222g Protein, 890g Sodium, 8g Sugar
(might need to add something too it maybe about 400-500 calories more)

I read that after the two weeks off you can take Clen from day 30-45. You taper up from 20-80 and by day 45 stop the both clen and t3. No need to taper down for clen though from day 30-45. Does that look right to you?

And I was scared to run T3 with a 250mg/week dose of test...You must just not give a crap about muscle loss.

I would just follow Austinite's guide. He makes t3 use VERY simple. As he points out, clen is NOT powerful enough to prevent muscle loss while on t3, you need to use a low dose of test alongside it.

ok, should I finish off my clen (day 30-45) after my two weeks off? maybe run it up to 80 and that's it? thanks!

I don't know about clen . My body can't take the compound safely so my experience is limited to 40mcg. Maybe others will chime in.

No need to taper clen down and instead of going in with a fixed plan you really need to listen to your body. Austinite can't handle more than 40 mcg while I start at 40 mcg and quickly go up to 120 and ride out my two weeks there. You need to start low and slow and ramp up when you can handle it to the max amount you can handle. (my workouts go to poop at 140mcg)

Or do 20 again just to make sure. What if you jump up to 40 and the sides come on strong? I personally don't start getting cramps until day 3-4 even on 3g of Taurine I'm usually running about 60-80mcg of clen at that time. I know what's going on, I know how long it gonna last. I know what to do. But it's because I took my time and was never too aggressive when I first started out.

I have pushed 160mcg with no problems BUT I was using Ketotifen at the same time.

Sure hope you think about stuff seriously. Sounds like you are all over the place and jump into different things. Plan it out so your as safe as possible. No need to rush it.

I haven't researched it yet that's why I'm on here, my clen an t3 cycle are going good so far with no sides yet and I'm taking it slow. I didn't say I was going to take a aas forsure yet lol I don't want to do injections that's the thing do they make oral test by liquid? I'm not rushing anything, that's why I ask on here

Andriol . Hard to get, expensive and needs taking 3 times a day.
You WILL lose LBM on your current plan, no matter how much protein you use. The adding of T3 to your protocol, As has previously been advised, is muscle suicideNO SOURCES GIVEN

Yes, it basically should go with any aas. I don't want to inject myself though so im SOL. Im just gonna run clen and eat right and lift.
