If I am getting tender nipples with just using Test Cyp (150 ml a week) should I be on an AI? Is raloxifene a good one. Saw it on Ar-r.
Thanks

everyone is different and it's possible that your e2 is elevated on a replacement dosage. Blood work is the only true way to know. A low dosage of adex should do the trick if it's elevated. you just need to be careful not to crash your estrogen levels either.... which can have it's own set of side effects.
You should be on an AI. Always.
Ralox is to reverse gynecomastia. Sensitive nipples is sensitive nipples, not gynecomastia.

How long have you been on 150mg ew? Can you run labs?
I thought this was going to be another "I'm on Test E, Mast and etc, etc, etc, and when I pinch my nipples there is discharge" thread.
150ml?? Is this correct?!? That's a gang of mg bud. At 15000 mg of test a week I'm assume everything would leek!!! Or do you mean 150 mg pwOriginally Posted by jdpeters
Lol, oops. Yes, 150 mg, sorry for the confusion. Good catch. Ok so maybe not ralox.
Ok here is the deal. Went to the doctor. The Dr. Did blood work, said I had low T. Prescribed Test cyp at 200 mg once a month. Didn't see much as far as results, maybe slightly increased libido. I was slightly over weight cause I had broken my leg playing ball few months earlier. I have been working my butt off and am back down to normal weight.
Male- 41
6' tall
175 lbs
Good exercise base
Bicycle 6 months out of the year but lift all year.
So...
Four months later did blood work, T still low. Doctor increased the dose to 200 mg every 14 days.
I increased it to 150 mg every 7-8 days just to see what a slight increase would do. Now feeling slight tenderness in nipples.
Is arimidex a better choice? Is that something I can get on Ar-r
Right now only planning on using Test. Didn't know anything about AI until read some of the stickies. Still reading them. Lots to absorb.

JP, you need to start posting this in our HRT forum not the steroid Q&A.
Thanks
