best injection sites ??
so i have done a few cycles of prop which equals alot of pinning, i have only ever done my glutes and delts, however next cycle i dont want to pin my delts anymore as i feel they have been done too much and need to find a better spot, before i put 2ml into my quad and couldnt walk for about 4 days so im thinking somewere else ? who pins lats ? my injections are up to 3ml so need big muscles, also should i try my quads again ?

NEVER shoot your calf, NEVER LOL.
Ventro Glute is my favorite spot. I use pre workout oils in my delts, traps, lats and bi's

I like the
Ventro Glute myself, but I have the wife pin me. I wouldn't attempt it myself at this point in time.

i pin tri's, chest, delts..... considering bi's and recently considered traps lmao. i'm thinking the rear part of the trap should be easy. You can't come in from the top. I'd just hate to piece a nerve there lol

I only use long esters in quads n biceps. Me glutes n Delts for short esters like tren acetate.
Must a had my worst tren cough earlier. Is it me or do we actually cough up some if the oil. Cuz it bloody seems like it!!!!
I know the pinning ed is a bitch. I do a 1mltren-a+1mltest-e combo two lots of two ml. One day Delts. One day glutes. Now that's a lot of pinning. Not tried tris or pecs. My pecs are pretty big but I'll probs hit tris sometime soon. I use a low 250mgml test e only in lagging areas. As long as u stay away from nerves n main arteries u can go pretty much anywhere. Those are the only 5 spots I ever use, unless I get bored of them and wanna do something different.

Pecs and triceps are my favorite spots. Biceps are a little painful for me but I've done it. If you do it wrong its hard to hide.

Traps are great. Lats would be my favorite. Delts are great, pecs are easy too.

is better injecting all test in one side for example all in left delt is better or split it and inject in two side of delt is better choose ?

Biceps are easy there right there in front of your face. Pecs as well.
