    Clen dosage and duaration?

    Regarding clenbuterol, I read a lot about 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. But spoke to a bb who trained with a pro and he went 10 weeks on at I believe 150mcgs per day. Taking 2 days in a row off a week (preferably non-training days).
    Any one else heard of this? Being safe too?
    I live in Australia and apparently Benadryl original in Australia don't have the indigence needed to extend the life of the clen. But zaditen (ketotifen) 3-5ml b4 bed is legal in Aust and works. Just got to find out where to get it from.

    I started 16 days ago and leave to go over seas on 06/12/13. So I'm planning to run it for approx 6 weeks at 130mcgs per day until I go o/s. With 2 days off in a row per week.

    Sound safe?

    I personally like to do 5 days on and 2 days off. Day 1 is 100mcg and by day 5 I'm at 200mcg.

    2w on, 2w off, is a must unless you are running Ketofien at the same time. Also, are you supplementing with 5g of Taurine EVERY day? You need this as Clen removes this from the heart increasing your chance to cardiac arrest.

    tarmyg: I have found out that Benadryl Original containing in 5ml: diphenhydramine hydrochloride 12.5mg, ammonium chloride 125mg is what I need to extend my cycle of clen to 6 weeks. Yes, I am having 5mg Taurine and potassium tablets everyday. I also bought a heart rate monitor / blood pressure gage to make sure my blood pressure doesn't exceed 150/100.

    As the Banadryl Original has only 12.5mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride per 5ml. This means I would need 20-40ml of benadryl at night on week 3 and week 6. 20ml is 50mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride. While 40ml is 100mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride. I think 20ml (50mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride) is ok. I've heard clen stops working after 18 days. So why is it known to use diphenhydramine hydrochloride for week 3 (day 21-28) and not on day 18?

    Good advice, bad reasoning. Tauring is needed to reduce the cramping that clen can cause. If you have any heart problems you should stay away from clen.

    Clen seems to be a compound that some people say, as long as you don't exceed 150mcgs per day, you are ok. Just keep check on blood pressure. Then others say, you will kill yourself and don't go anywhere near it. I am taking potassium tablets, taurine powder, take approx 130mcgs clen per day. On day 18 today and took 50mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride last night. Will do this for a week then repeat on week 6. Plan on 6 weeks.

    I prefer running clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, this has been the best approach for my body for results, but if you haven't use it before just pick one and see how you get on, best of luck

    Benadryl does not work for this. Ronnie Rowland posted aa thread quite some time ago thoroughly dispelling this myth along with the experience of many vets. You need ketotifen which can be obtained very cheaply from arr. It allows you to run 4-6 weeks straight at a MODERATE dose which will remain effective. If you want to use something to allow you to not go 2weeks on/2weeks off..its ketotifen. You can get it from arr..like I said its cheap man.

    ?? Really? I've tried to get ketotifen in Australia but our pharmicists only have eye drops. Not oral form. Was told there are a few chemists that stock it but you get put on a black list which goes to the cops. A bio pharmicist said diphenhydramine works

    Then get ketotifen. It il prevent the need to ramp up to dangerously high doses or do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Ketotifen is dosed at 1mg/day a, at night before bed as it makes you tired. Which is a nice help when you are taking clen with its long half life.

    Just need to find a chemist who sells it. The ones I've asked only sell eye drops. Not oral form. Read up about benadryl, my bio chemist said it works. But not as affective as ketotifen. Hence the reason why you need to take 20-40ml per night.

    People, I normally take 1 1/2 hours in the gym to complete my workout. Chest and biceps one day, Shoulders another day, Back and triceps another day and the dreadful leg workout (which I have to admit i haven't trained for a month until today (12/11/13) as I've recently started cardio on the treadmill and my legs pull up a little sore. Started cardio, brisk walk at approx 6.3-6.5km/h for 40-60 mins on non training days, trying to keep my heart rate at 130bpm. 20 mins on treadmill after weight sessions. My aim is to hold and maybe even gain a little muscle. But lean up. So that's where the clennuterol comes into place plus a strict diet (most likely on a calory deficit), a weight program and 250mg test e per week with 12.5mg aromasin per day. My plan is to stick with 135mcgs of clen per day for 6 weeks. Taking 20ml Benadryl Original (which has diphenhydramine) which I've been told I need 50mg of diphenhydramine which works out to be 20ml of Benadryl of a night on week 3 and week 6.

    As with my workout, for example, chest / triceps workout, I'm doing 18 sets on chest, then 15 sets on triceps. This takes me approx 90 minutes. Am I likely to be over-training, especially on a low calory diet? Should I drop larger muscles such as chest to 12 sets and approx 8 sets for triceps? And to try to get out of the gym within an hour? 45 mins weights, then 15 mins on treadmill. 40-60mins on treadmill on non training days? I was taking 500mg test e and 400mg deca but stopped that a couple weeks ago and are now only cruising at 250mg test e per week with my DHEA cap per day (100mg cap per day which is from a script for HRT). Taking 135mcgs clen per day.

    Your advice re: weight program will be much appreciated.
