    Cycles and AI

Hi all, just a few questions I've been quite silly in the past please don't hate I realise my mistakes, last year I did a SD Matrix cycle 30days 20mg a day one on a morning one on a night, I'll upload pictures of before and after, should I of done this with a AI ? I swelled up with water but this also could of been because of a poor diet of eat anything I see. This questions is purely to understand mistakes not to do another, my before stats,
    6ft 5" 92kg
    6ft 5" 104kg

Before cycle and after cycle attached.

    Thanks look forward to answers

    Welcome!

First of all if your diet is not perfect or your training dont cycle anything.

    2. 12kg in 30days is 90% of water and fat.

    3. PHs are crap, that are way more dangerous than AAS.

    4. AI needs to be part of every cycle to combat high estrogen lvls.

    5. Hit the nutrition section, learn how to eat right, use as much natural potential as you can, and when you see plateau after a lot of work, start researching AAS.

    6. Your posing is ok

I don't really see your question bro...
Prohormes aren't that great from what I hear, don't think an ai would have been necessary though.
