Expired nolva?

I got a couple boxes of pharm grade nolva tabs that have passed expiration. One expired Feb 2011 and the other sometime in 2012. I understand the 2012 one is prob ok but was wondering if the other is ok to use? Regardless, there's only 15 tabs left. If it loses a little potency over time it shouldn't be much of a worry since this will be used with clomid for test 500mg cycle w/hcg.

Most of the expiration dates arent really "true" meaing that the drug is no longer viable. Its mainly for the drug companies so they can say " oh thats old, you need new supply" and stay in business. If anything, the potency has decreased miniscule amounts.. ( this assuming its not a enviroment-regulated necessary drug.. ex. HCG after mixed be refrigerated)

That's what I thought. I read that the exp. date is a requirement by law.
