    Adex question

I'm into my 4th week of my first cycle. 250mg x 2 Test E weekly + 30mg dbol daily. I started off taking the standard .25 mg EOD of adex. Over the past few weeks I went from eod to e3d due to feeling pretty achey the day or two following my adex dose. Even at e3d I still feel achey the day afterwards and also just generally dont feel as well. I haven't taken adex for the past 4 days and feel great still. Anyone have any advice for this situation? Thanks, Brian.

Yes, get a hormone panel run including a Sensitive Estrogen Assay. Otherwise you're just guessing. Low E can cause joint aches. First cycle should be Test only. Hopefully you're running HCG with this and have pct products in hand.

Have a look at Austinites Educational Articles sticky thread. Read up! Good stuff there.

Make sure you're drinking a ton of water and reading your adex dosages correctly.

I've felt achey and headaches when using dbol before, don't count that out.
