Taking Nolva 2 years after a cycle.

So my friend took tren, I believe, 2 years ago and was retarded and didn't take the nolva after his cycle, that's all he took was tren and liv-52. His nipples are alittle puffy and kinda look weird. He wanted to know if he could take nolva now or would it be to late? This was 2 years ago and hasn't run anything since, would Nolva still reverse the little puffiness he has? I told him I would ask on here cause you guys know what you are talking about. Thanks
