    when does prolactin build-up hit?

from a progesterone like deca ? Do you guys think it's better to keep caber/prami on hand and wait to see if you run into problems, or take them regardless...or maybe wait until 2 months into cycle to begin taking them...

    thanks

If you manage your estrogen appropriately, prolactin management may not be entirely necessary. The caveat? How do you know if your estrogen is properly controlled? You can have elevated serum estrogen levels and be asymptomatic. Unless you are having your panels checked regularly, it's hard to know when your estrogen (aromatase activity) is properly managed.

I always run caber with my 19 nors even though I aggressively manage my aromatase activity. I can't get prami dialed in. The side effects are torturous but some guys prefer pramipexole to cabergoline.

If you keep your E2 at acceptable levels then there is very little need to worry about PRL levels. Keep it on hand always.
