Female T3 and Anavar help
My wife is talking about wanting to try T3 with me and I know that for men it is recommended to take test to eliminate muscle loss.
For her, it was suggested that anavar would be what she would be wanting to take. We are in the very early stages of researching this for her but I can't find a lot of information on the amounts she would be taking.
We were thinking along the lines of 30mg of T3 but would adjust if necessary. We are not sure if she would need something like men do for an AI or if she would need to have PCT after running it too. There is not a lot of information that I can search for on here in the regular forums and she is really not wanting to join to enter the female forums so here I am...
She is 5'3. Weighs 120 and not a lot of muscle. She is looking for more of a thin and toned look with some little muscle definition. Not wanting the muscular look though. Any input is greatly appreciated. Like I said, not in a hurry. Just trying to get information for the future.

No insight at all on this? Can someone at least help point me in the direction where I can get good solid information. I found some info on it out there on the web but it was from multiple years ago and we know how things change.

i think she should just try the t3 alone. there is no need for AI or PCT. and i don't think she'll need the anavar at the moment.

yeah i would say just try the t3 alone if shes just looking for weight loss etc. women who take anavar and t3 are usually pretty experienced in training and are usually looking for that muscular lean woman fitness physique look.
if shes not looking to retain a large amount of muscle or going for that woman fitness physique look then t3 will help shed weight very well

Ok, thank you for the replies. That is what we were leaning towards but there was a little concern for us on the muscle loss. She is more about the looks of thin and trim than the muscle anyways but it is better to ask first IMO.
Thanks again.

30mcg is a bit on the low side. I'd say it's not much more than what a healthy person would make naturally. However, it's not a bad idea to start low for a wk or so just to make sure there aren't any issues and then creep up every wk or so 12.5mcg. She may tolerate 50mcg/ed very well, most people do.
Either way, with T3 alone, she may begin to feel a little fatigued and some muscle loss may also occur. As she doesn't have a lot of muscle from the description, that might make T3 alone not the best idea. I've yet to see a low dose of Anavar for a short period of time hurt an otherwise healthy woman. A mere 5mg/ed with a low to moderate dose of T3 for about 6wks would probably be what she's looking for IMO. She's not going to gain a ton of huge muscle on this, it doesn't work that way but if she's active and eats clean and lean she should tighten up a bit.
People hate to admit it but the model look is low dose T3/Anavar/HGH and has been for years.

After she ran 5mg of anavar for 6 weeks, would she have to do PCT?

No, women do not need PCT.
If she starts noticing virilization symptoms, simply discontinue use and they'll go away pretty fast. It's when you ignore the symptoms and continue using that they can set in and become a problem. Now she might notice more sensitivity in that area, but that's not an issue to be concerned with.

my sister runs 12.5mg's of var and so far she's had no negative sides other than acne.
