Nice. Do you take all of them at one time? I actually just bought some NAC today to add to my milk thistle regimen for liver health. Didn't know it would help with the blood pressure.

Among popularized benefits, these include
- antioxidant benefits
- hepatic health
- increased immunity
- glucose regulation
- reduced incidence of cancer (likely through reduction of oxidative damage to mitochondrial pathways and shunting of pro-inflammatory kinases)
- reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines
- inhibits h-pylori growth in GI tract
- may protect against influenza infections
- may assist in dilation of blood vessels (thereby reducing HTN) and improved blood circulation
- a few preliminary studies suggest it may offer benefits to HIV patients
Like most things, too much can be harmful. Doses as high as 7g (or more) can increase homocysteine levels resulting in cellular death ad increased risks for cardiac disease.
I take my supps in the AM.

So take around 6.9g? Jk, thank you. Seems like a good purchase. Hopefully it will help with some of the dianabol sides.

Monitor BP often. Avoid aspirin or blood thinner unless prescribed by MD for therapeutic need.
Could be other causes as well (pramipexole can cause frequent nose bleeds in some users). If nose bleeds persist, have a CBC and CMP done to examine hematocrit and related phlebotomy parameters.

Hey just wanted to mention, for any new readers seeing this thread.
Giving blood is a very popular way to decrease blood pressure due to increased RBC's resulting from AAS usage.

What betas u on bro?. I'm on flecainide +atenolol. Take two at night. But break up a flecainide half hour before gym. Especially on leg day. I mean. I always time a minute between each set but shit. When hitting a new higher RM I sometimes need to add another 30secs to slow my heart rate down or risk svt. So far worked a treat. But my point being I know it works by neutralising you natty ephidrine (or type thereof) and this in turn slows your heart. Does it really effect your cardio ability? I seemed fine before adding tren to my blasts on cycle so put it down to that. Didn't realise it had an effect on your cardio stamina so to speak.

What BP monitors do some of you guys use? Some of the ones I've come across are so far off and inconsistent it's pointless to even use them.
I have the best consistency with the ones at the public pharmacy.

I've mentioned on several threads, the axillary cuffs are more accurate than wrist cuffs. The closer to the brachial artery you take your measurement, the more reliable the measure.
