Weird test E experience (first cycle)

started: 5'9" 165lbs 10%. Now starting week 8. 5'9" 190lbs 12%. (gained about an inch and a bit on arms) Reason it has been weird is my weight gain was as follows...

week 1: no weight gain
week 2,3 and 4: 22lb weight gain
week 5,6 and 7: 3 lb weight gain

Diet weeks 1-5 was 3800 cal a day
diet week 6-7 is now 4300 cal a day

so still got 5 weeks left (8,9,10,11 and 12).

(oh and cycle is the beginning cycle from sticky: 500mg test e a week. .25eod arimidex and 250ui hcg twice weekly (didnt start hcg till week 3 though))
used AI .25 EOD throughout (arimidex) so cannot explain the strange weight gain as water. If anything I should be gaining more now that I am eating more and also given test E takes awhile to reach peak levels. What the hell is happening?

strength increased dramatically around week 2-3 and now is slowly increasing.

also taking like 20g of creatine daily which i never used to take with such an intensity (took the occassional bit here and there beforehand)

It's water even with the arimidex.


That much creatine is most likely making you hold water like crazy. I would drop the creatine myself.

I think you were expecting to much

Stick with the test only and ride this cycle out.
You have plenty of time to run more later on down the road.

Read up a little, your progress isn't stalled. We gain in fits and spurts, not steadily week to week. Finish out your cycle.

yes definitely noticed my gains were in fits and spurts when natty. hopefully ill get another 10lb spurt before it ends. would be nice to get 20lb keepable gains from this

Is this ur first cycle? Good to see u implemented an AI and hcg on cycle. If u gain 20lbs be happy if u hold 10lbs after PCT. Depending on ur goals it may take several years to get where u want.
