    Shredding Cycle

    Hey Guys,

I have done 2 cycles before and this is my first shredding cycle that i am doing. My mate who is a bodybuilder has been helping me but i want to see what you guys think cause the more help the better.

    My Stats are

    Age: 22
    Height: 5'6
    Bf: 16%

    My Cycle is

    First 10 weeks

Test Prop: 1.5ml (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
Masteron : 1ml (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
Tren E: .5ml (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
    T3: .75 everyday

Last 6-8 weeks to dry out

Test Prop: 1ml (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
Masteron: 1 ml (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
Tren A: 1ml (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
    T3: .50 everyday

    Diet:

    Meal 1:
All Bran 100g with Soy Milk
    Chobani Yoghurt
    2 Scoops of Casien
    Meal 2:
    1 Cup of Rice
    2 Cans of Tuna
    1 Four Bean Mix
    Meal 3:
    Chobani Yoghurt
    5 Boiled Egg Whites
    1 Banana
    2 Scoops of Casein
    Meal 4:
    1 Cup of Rice
    1 Can of tuna
    1 Four Bean Mix
    Meal 5:
    2 Kangaroo Burgers
    1 Cup of rice

    Meal 6:
    2 Scoops of Casein

    Total: Protien: 316g, Carbs: 270g, Fat: 23g

I also have had anxiety and depression for couple years now
and it seems my anxiety has gotten worse on this cycle I'm guessing its from the mix of T3 and tren.

Tren gave me problems the first time i took it awhile ago but then after the second time i took it i was fine.

Also am breaking out so much in pimples all over my chest/stomach area and it is also marking my skin do you guys have an suggestion on what i could use? Pretty shattered as i use to have really good skin!

Hope to hear back from you guys.

    Thanks!

Your gonna run your third cycle at age 22 and one of your cycles was Tren . You have bad anxiety and are broken out all over. What are you trying to accomplish with this cycle?

Yikes. Not sure how many mg/ml you're using but either way, and as FCastle alluded to, you can look forward to a world of trouble if you continue to cycle at your age, particularly with compounds like tren .

How old were you when you ran your first and second cycles?

i was 20 when i ran my first cycle and 21 when i did my second. Yes i know im young

what has your pct looked like?

either way, my friend, most here will advise you to stop your cycle now, run pct, and hope your hpta levels come back to normal, train hard for another 3 years minimum and then consider a run.

You're putting your body through a lot, and considering the anxiety, depression and acne, you really should rethink this shanzd.

Agree with other comments. You are ignoring your health and your body will only tolerate so much before it humbles you.

You shouldn't need 100mg of clomiphene. I know it's one of the recommended protocols but 50mg should suffice and 100mg creates more unpleasant side effects for many people. 50 would be what I advise, however, if you start with 100, monitor adverse events and dose adjust as necessary. Do not punish your body any more than necessary.

I suspect you are one of those that come asking for advice but will ignore it because it isn't what you want to hear. I hope not.

Your diet is sub par too. Too much protein, not enough fat. It may also be too many calories but you haven't disclosed your weight. Diet and cardio alone is sufficient to get to you 10% without the abuse of AAS and associated health risks.

Only one small difference that I can see. He is staff. You, as the title says, "new member". So take it easy for the next few thousand posts. You got to earn your stripes.

Lol didn't realise he was staff. Titles don't show up on the phone app. To be fair though both comments were of a similar tone... And like BiB stated if people don't like the advice they get they ignore it, my comment was just had a more sarcastic twist on it....

comment on your cycle has been done.

So ill just advice you on your diet.

Drop all the tuna... seriously youll die if you keep doing that for too long...

there is ALOT of mercury in tuna abd the FDA do not recommend even 1 can/week and you have 3 daily... and at 5foot6 you are certainly under 180lbs. so your maximum of mercury you can eat to stay healthy is way under 1 can a week...

why not switching tuna for chicken or horsemeat or even whey protein would be better than that.

    just my .02

I wasn't aware of this, I don't eat a lot of tuna anyway but this has just stopped me from beginning to eat more of it. What other types of fish are affected by this?

the bigger the fish the more mercury in it.

Even if tuna come in small can, that fish is HUGE...

Shrimp are alright, but if you do a small goofle search on mercury content youll see whats the bedt option.( search 2012/2013
the old one(in 90's) are not valid anymore. due to the increase in polution.
IMO its cheaper to buy a good epa dha fish oil(co2 filtred) than trying to eat fish on a regular basis...
the filtration to co2 help temoving the heavy metal from oil.
that process will increase the cost dramaticly but well worth it IMO

    good luck

Learn something new everyday! Does the same apply to freshwater fish like tilapia?

Smaller the fish the better it is,but I would still limit my intake. You certainly find the content of mercury of tilapia on google. Ill let you research that.

No problem I'll check it out. I don't eat a lot of seafood anyway but I've noticed a lot of recipes especially for cutting that contain lots of seafood.
