First Cycle Test 250mg Need Advice

My name is Ryan 27yo weighing 80kg at 5'11 pretty lean gyming for 4yrs..I I'm starting my first cycle of test 250mg in 3days. I need to know whats the best injection area would be. Would the glutes, rear delt or quads? Should i inject once a week and gradually go to two weeks? What pct do i need? When do i take the pct? Is there anything else i need? After my Test cycle bulking and eating like crazy i wanted to start anavar and do i need to take pct for that too? Or do i take test and anavar together or what? Anything else i need to know? Advice is really appreciated, Thanks.
