    First IM Self Injection

    Whoa, I was so nervous. Watched a ton of videos online and checked out a few spot injection websites for reference along with reading all I could. Up until this point, all of my TRT injections have been SQ in the stomach. Just did an IM quad injection and it went well. Very nervous, but no shaking, remembered to aspirate and everything. Happy its over and now no looking back.
