Conflicting info concerning Ai & HCG times?

Found some conflicting info on this site about Ai vs HCG cycle lengths... wouldnt you run both HCG and Arimidex up to PCT?

Austinite's "Here is a perfect beginner cycle layout:
- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)"

Or

MickeyKnox "Most Common Beginners Cycles:
Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d
Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED MIN- monitor and adjust accordingly.
Wk 1-14.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk - day before test injection.

The first one is saying to run the AI up to PCT and the 2nd one is telling you to run HCG up to PCT.

There can be different opinions on what is best. I wouldn't get confused between these 2 on there small changes. I don't agree with some things but there both good beginner cycles to follow.

What is your confusion?

op, have you read AD's thread that recommends taking both AI and HCG up till 3 days before pct?

Both are good. HCG has hit the headlines recently as it wasn't used much years ago, now you have on cycle and PCT protocols.

Some even suggest using 1,000 in one shot per week.

hCG is suppressive. It makes zero sense to take it when you're trying to recover. 1000 IU shots is a surefire way to increase intratesticular E2, which is damaging and cannot be managed with your readily available AI's.

Thanks guys. From what I understand, both could work. I used HCG up to PCT last cycle and i recovered quite well... but I will put my trust in Austinite and will only run up to when I stop the Test and see how recovery compares with my last cycle.
