    adding deca??

I'm on a 12 week test cycle (2nd week) and I know deca is a no no with my number of cycles but I was wondering if adding say 50mg a week would be a good idea to help with my joints? I'm 40 and suffering a little with my left shoulder???

I would diagnose what exactly is hurting in your shoulder and why. Nandrolone MAY help lessen some tightness, but it doesn't heal anything. Last thing you want is to mask an injury.

With that being said, for "joint relief" with Nandrolone, I've found 150-200mg a week the lowest dose to provide this effect.

Because it's a progestin that delivers more side effects than testosterone and can amplify testosterone side effects.

Apparently its a inflamed membrane in my shoulder joint. I've had a cortisone inj but didnt relieve at all.
This is my first(ish) cycle and I've learnt deca is not advised until latter cycles.... but heard of its joint pain relief actions!!
