Cycle feedback
previous cycle (only one):
300mg/wk test-c 8 weeks .2mg dex EOD no PCT (TRT)
Donated blood at week 6 (RBC was high)
Everything verified via blood work on week 7
Various supplements and vitamins
Good gains, arms and shoulders legs leaned way out, became very vascular, acne issues did not get any worse than normal (I'm acne prone even when my T was low) but acne did appear on the bottom of my back which is I'm normally not prone to.
stats
35yo bf% dunno probably too damn fat but don't give a damn 6' 225lbs, I bench ~320lbs, I've never maxed my squat or deadlift (knees) so I'm not ALL fat but I'm sure as hell not ripped. 300mg/wk I had to back my dex down from .25mg eod cause my estrogen was too low (sore joints, blood test came back with my estro at the bottom of the range) so I don't think I'm going to have estrogen issues, prostate did ok.
Gear on hand for next cycle:
GP cyp 250
Biomex var 20mg tabs
tamox (emergency use)
letro (emergency use)
Dex (left over from last cycle)
Liquid stane (in the mail, am I the only one that gets excited to check the mail?)
Plan:
500mg/wk cyp 1-10
20mg ED VAR 1-10
20mg ED stane (split between two doses) 1-11
dex .2mg EOD 12
supplements:
Glutamine, Creatine, Chromium, DHEA, MSM, Milk Thistle, .5mg cia ED (any more and my johnson won't go down), CoQ10
Donate blood week 5
I don't have enough stane to go all 12 weeks so I figured i would fill in the last part with dex
OR
600mg/wk cyp 1-8
40mg ED VAR 1
20mg ED VAR 2-8
25mg ED Stane (split between two doses) 1-10
Donate blood week 5

Not healthy to cycle when you're obese. I would refrain and check into our nutrition section.

I would take the aromasin either 12.5mg ed or 25 eod. You would have more than enough then.

Following oral administration of radiolabeled exemestane, at least 42% of radioactivity was absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Exemestane plasma levels increased by approximately 40% after a high-fat breakfast.
Plasma estrogen (estradiol, estrone, and estrone sulfate) suppression was seen starting at a 5-mg daily dose of exemestane, with a maximum suppression of at least 85% to 95% achieved at a 25-mg dose. Exemestane 25 mg daily reduced whole body aromatization (as measured by injecting radiolabeled androstenedione) by 98% in postmenopausal women with breast cancer. After a single dose of exemestane 25 mg, the maximal suppression of circulating estrogens occurred 2 to 3 days after dosing and persisted for 4 to 5 days.
there was no change in the coagulation parameters activated partial thromboplastin time [APTT], prothrombin time [PT] and fibrinogen. Plasma HDL cholesterol was decreased 6–9% in exemestane treated patients;

I was 231lbs, cleaned up my diet and was trying to get to 200 before I ran my first cycle, I made it to 225 before I said screw it and went for it.
Obese is probably a bit extreme for my state, when I flex my abs the upper 4 show through, am I at an ideal weight to start doing this? I would say probably not, but I'm going for it anyway, shit starts heading south I'll abort. When I did 300/wk I gained 0 pounds of body weight but I leaned out and added lots of strength to every body part, for the first time I can see the separate muscles in my quads and the separation in my hams.. it's awesome.. all the little blood vessels in my bicep are showing and stick out on the OUTSIDE of my forearms. Buddy at work saw me in a T-shirt and said you look funny, I was like what do you mean, he said your look like a V... hells to the YES.. for a man that has been struggling with low T for years while busting my ass to get in shape.. well.. I'm drooling, for the first time in a very long time I'm seeing real results.
I'm not interested in bulking, in the past any time I tried to lose weight the muscle always went with it, it appears that is no longer the case. I'm extremely interested in Primo since from what I've read it can add lead muscle even on calorie restricted diets as long as the protein is there. I'm considering a big primo run in the spring.
Between the two cycles I listed my gut tells me the 10 week is better, I'm so far off my genetic potential the 600mg/wk test is probably just wasted. I've added the var to help with the lean gains, yes I know 20mg per day is not much but I'm not bulking here.
OH yea forgot to mention, trying to get HCG from the doc. I don't need my balls but the wife is bitching so I'm gonna try to get em back.
Regarding the stane, since it doesn't interfere with tamox like dex does, any reason why you couldn't' run a low dose of tamox during the cycle? Should help with the lipids too....

I only.said 12.5 because.that's what I do with a typical cycle. 12.5 eod. each individual will react individually. 25 ed crashes me. After experimentation I arrived at 12.5 eod. The least amount necessary to achieve the desired effect.
That study was done on females with breast cancer btw. Males need slightly higher dosages and the half life is a bit shorter.Last edited by Java Man; 11-22-2013 at 01:24 AM.
