    Libido is in the crapper!

    I'm 44 y/o, 6'1, 220lb approx 13% b/f

I finished my 2nd cycle in July and have had no sex drive since. Prior to the cycle I would have sex almost every day, now it is a chore once per week and I need Viagra/Cialis just to perform

    2nd Cycle:
    Test-E 250 2x week weeks 1-12
    Test-P 150 EOD weeks 13-14
    Deca 250 2x week weeks 1-10
    HCG 250 2x week weeks 4-14
    Arimidex 0.5 EOD weeks 1-14
    Prami 0.5 ED weeks 3-14

    PCT
    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    Clomid 100/50/50/50

    First cycle was Test-E only

    Total Testosterone before cycle 474.7ng/dL
    Total Testosterone currently 479ng/dL

I was positive my results were going to show a drastic drop but they don't

    Am I missing something?

Was a full hormone panel done? I'd like to see where your E2, FSH, and LH levels are in addition to the testosterone .

Any other changes in your life style recently? Under any stress? Any other prescription meds at this time? How's your BP and lipids looking post cycle?

I feel for your brother. I go through the same thing. Sometimes I have found that the problem is not me, its the wife. IMHO it can just be a mind game you play on yourself or your really not in the mood. Sex everyday can be great but there are also benefits of not "making" yourself have sex with the pills (Viagra/Cialis). I have found that sex can come in cycles, not pun intended, just stop worrying about it and I bet you it will take care of it self in a week or two. One the bright side, its a great weekend for watching football!

low or high e2 has far worse sides than low or high testosterone . like MI said you need to do BW especially for E2.

I did the blood work through my doctor (HMO) the only results I got was testosterone . Can I just go to the doctor and ask for the additional tests without explaining why? Or do I just go to the lab (site sponsor) and get the tests done?

there are other places to get labs done it would probably be difficult to get your dr to check your e levels

I have a little more stress due to work but I can't imagine it made that much of a difference. My blood pressure is stable thanks to medication I have been taking for years. Cholesterol was all good

As Jim suggested, the E2, FSH, and LH levels are relevant here. If any of those are outside normal ranges, that could be a concern. E2 is often the likely culprit but if your HTPA is "offline" you're FSH and LH levels could be off (although I'd expect a correlation with testosterone ).

Was a CBC and CMP performed (to rule out phlebotomy and organ irregularities).

Glad to hear lipids and blood pressure are normal.

Stress may be a factor but that's harder to assess. Everyone perceives and responds to stressors differently.

    FSH 5.2 Range 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL

I know this isn't really answering the question, but at your age you should spring for TRT, it should keep your libido pretty in check

You are in range for free test, but the low end....so that's not gonna make you a sex hound.
